1. Acceptance and scope
These Terms govern use of the Kingdom website, game, accounts, community features and related services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, entering the game or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are under the age at which you may legally consent in your jurisdiction, use the Service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Account and conduct
You are responsible for activity conducted through your account and for keeping login credentials secure. Provide accurate information and do not impersonate another person, use another person’s account, automate play, exploit defects, interfere with servers, distribute malware, harass others, publish unlawful content, or attempt unauthorised access. We may investigate, limit, suspend or terminate accounts and remove content where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, its users or applicable law.
3. Game rules and virtual content
The Service is an evolving online game. Characters, statistics, rankings, items, currencies, maps, quests, balances and other virtual content are limited, revocable permissions to use features of the Service; they are not property, do not have cash value and may not be sold, transferred or exchanged outside features expressly provided by us. Game outcomes, availability and rankings are not guaranteed.
4. Changes, maintenance and data loss
We may modify, rebalance, add, remove, reset or discontinue any game feature, virtual content, economy, rule, account, server or part of the Service, including for maintenance, security, error correction, legal compliance or gameplay balance. The Service may be unavailable, interrupted, delayed or affected by defects, third-party failures, cyber incidents or force majeure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost progress, characters, items, currencies, rankings, access, data or anticipated enjoyment arising from such events. We may, but are not obliged to, restore data or provide compensation.
5. Intellectual property
We and our licensors retain all rights in the Service, including its code, artwork, names, text, audio and design. Subject to these Terms, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for private, lawful, non-commercial play. Do not copy, adapt, reverse engineer, scrape, frame or commercially exploit the Service except where law expressly permits it.
6. Third parties, disclaimer and liability
Third-party services, including Google login, payment providers and links, are governed by their own terms. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted operation, security, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where liability is permitted to be limited, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected Service during the twelve months before the event.
7. Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. We may update these Terms.
